Moving is never easy, but thanks to Kathy Brown, the actual selling of my Waterville condominium was stress free. She set a fair price for my condo, worked with the buyers' agent and title company to make sure all proper paperwork was filed, followed up to make sure all payments were completed, and worked with the home inspector to make sure the condo was ready for sale. All I had to do was sign off on the sale. I'm grateful to Kathy for taking care of the many details involved in the sale of my condo, so that I could concentrate on moving into my new home.

Kathy Brown was amazing! I can’t say enough good things about her. She was always available to answer any questions and her follow through was super. She always went the extra mile and sold my home the first weekend. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.

Jeff was very knowledgeable about each city I looked in. He was on time to every appointment we made. When I wanted to see a house it happened that day or the next. He knew what I wanted in a house and found me the right one. I couldn't be happier with his help. He got me into the area I wanted to be in and I couldn't be happier right now!
