We met Clare at a open house 2 years before we put our home on the market. She would check in with us to see how we were coming with getting our house ready to sell, but was never pushy. We had a lot of curve balls thrown at us during that time, but Clare was always there to answer any questions we had. When the time came to list she helped us stage and took fantastic photos to show off our house. We sold in 1 day and for almost $12,000 over asking price. Our closing was delayed on 3 separate occasions due to missteps on our buyer's, and at one point they lost their financing. Clare stepped up and recommended at loan company to them and they were able to finance them. She went above and beyond to get this deal done.
