Karen was very communicative from the beginning. She understood what I was looking for in a home and quickly started sending me listings to review. There were no delays in showing the homes I wanted to view and she was very thorough through every step of the journey. From first contact to the closing table, Karen made this purchase a smooth and enjoyable experience.

My wife and I had not been involved in a real estate transactions for 32 years. Karen’s Assistance was instrumental in our successfully purchasing our new home, and selling our old home in this time driven market. Her knowledge of necessary upgrades to our “house for sale” was helpful in getting our old home market ready. Her knowledge of the local market meant she could target the homes that she knew we were interested in and not spend time with ones that we would not consider. She took the time to know her clients and optimize our efforts. I would recommend her to anyone in this area looking for a realtor.

Karen is able to keenly understand the unique needs of each of her clients. She is able to understand each priority and helps to navigate to achieve the desired goal. She doesn’t try to steer away from your goal. Her assistance in getting our home market ready was invaluable. Her support throughout the process was so appreciated. We also know her support doesn’t end even though we are through with the transaction. She has checked in and is a phone call away. We would recommend Karen to anyone who needs help buying or selling.
