We highly recommend Anissa! She helped us so much with the purchase of our first home. She was knowledgeable and honest, two very important qualities to us. She was also quick to respond to any questions and set up viewings. Communication was great from the beginning and beyond. Do yourself a favor and choose Anissa, you won't regret it.

Phile went far and above ot help us find a larger home. He was always availble and speared no effort to show us as soon as possible including on Sundays. Once we found a house we loved he showed it to us over 5 times, just because we wanted to see it while the deal was making its way to be finalized. He was not able to be present at the final signing his associate represented us instead. The deal went smooth and we are very pleased with our purchase. Phil made several recommendation to the offer I made that did indeed protect my interest. Although initially I was not happy with one of them. After further research I came to the conclusion that his recommendation were for my protection. I highly recommend Phil and he will be representing me for my future real-estate purchases in the Dayton area.
