Such as, Tech area, numerous things applicable to the back yard and how much my house was filled with natural light, as well, allowing the buyer to know to all the possibilities my house has to offer. She took fabulous photos that showcased my house and yard. She did her analysis and come up with a fair price and allowed for any negotiation if required for the sale.
