Knowledgeable and professional service with a smile!
Alyssa Vanderpool’s professionalism spotted space that I never seen. Such as, Tech area, numerous things applicable to the back yard and how much my house was filled with natural light, as well, allowing the buyer to know to all the possibilities my house has to offer. She took fabulous photos that showcased my house and yard. She did her analysis and come up with a fair price and allowed for any negotiation if required for the sale. I received an excellent offer due to her expertise and she kept the deal on the table, Therefore, my house SOLD Quickly! I will hire her as my realtor again, as well as, recommend her services!
