She went above and beyond on more than one occasion to deliver exceptional service. I was out of state for the entire process. She not only helped me locate the home, but was instrumental in arranging inspections with multiple vendors, touring houses with me by facetime without complaint and giving me a personal "lay of the land" regarding the neighborhood and her knowledge of the community culture and history.
