Ms. Price was absolutely flawless in her representation. I've worked with several agents in the past in other state and have a solid understanding of the services an agent should provide. She went above and beyond on more than one occasion to deliver exceptional service. I was out of state for the entire process. She not only helped me locate the home, but was instrumental in arranging inspections with multiple vendors, touring houses with me by facetime without complaint and giving me a personal "lay of the land" regarding the neighborhood and her knowledge of the community culture and history.
