Real estate teams in OH, 45344

Carli and Brian were very responsive during the search and purchase process. They gave timely answers to inquiries and they patiently keep us informed through every step. They demonstrated great teamwork when unforeseen circumstances came up at a critical point in the transaction, and didn’t miss a beat. They represented our interests well in the purchase process, and we look forward to their involvement in selling our current home.

Brian was aware of the greater Dayton housing market trends, always responded to calls and texts in a timely manner, and was a joy to work with from start to finish!

Amlin Advantage had constant communication and met all our needs and goals. This was a difficult process due to Miami County maps requiring a survey, but we made it through the process and our buyer stayed with us.

I can't say enough good things about our realtor. A consummate professional, a people person, and more market knowledge than I have seen in selling 4 separate homes over the years. We had regular, consistent updates on all marketing and online interest shown for our home. Don's advice was always honest, well-thought-out, and his selling strategy worked! He always spelled out the potential outcomes for each decision and supported completely whatever direction we chose. I feel like he got us the very best price we could have on our home. I have complete trust and ZERO complaints or concerns about this work for us. In fact, I have signed with him as we look for another home in another part of the state. That's the greatest endorsement of all.

Don was a fantastic ally and guide for my mom as she (at 80 years old) made the difficult decision to downsize and sell the only home she's known for 40 years. He was reachable, and knowledgeable the whole way, and made mom so much more comfortable with the effort. I would absolutely recommend him to friends.

Working with Don has been the best! His years of experience and wise counsel have been instrumental in making all of our real estate decisions (from selling to buying) clear and well executed. Would highly recommend Don to anyone looking to sell or purchase property. In fact, I have recommended him often and always with happy results when folks have made him their agent!
