What a great experience working with Monica and her team!

I've worked with many relators out of state and also here in Cincinnati and Monica and her team are by far the best top-notch group I've had the pleasure of working with. Monica laid it out simple and on point about what would be the best plan to sell my mom's house which had a lot of good selling factors, but some negative ones too related to a dated look in the kitchen/bathrooms. We sat down together came up with an agreeable plan and got the place sold in less than 30 days at a great price! I highly recommend her and her team if you are looking for a realtor who genuinely listens to you and has your best interest.

Rob is an incredible realtor, and incredible person as well. He’s upfront and honest with every detail and clearly wants the best for those involved. We used Rob when moving to the area in 2000 on a recommendation from a realtor in our area and Rob got us into a house in a very small, maybe 12-hour window on our first visit to the area. When we decided to sell, Rob was the only call to make. As we were moving 4 hours away, he was willing to do anything we needed and went above and beyond. His attention to detail and suggestions are top notch.
