Shellie was so patient and really took the time to learn what was most important to us in finding a new home. We really appreciated her knowledge and expertise to point out things we hadn’t considered. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect agent!

Our house sold in (48) hours at full ask. Tressa's preparation and market knowledge prevented us from over estimating the market value of our home and ultimately taking much longer to sell. We were not interested in a realtor promising us the moon on our listing price and barely catching a falling star as the price fell to the correct market level. This enabled us to move on to our next home more rapidly and with far less stress.

We couldn’t be happier with Tressa Ellis and the incredible job she did selling our home! From start to finish, Tressa was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely committed to getting us the best possible results. Thanks to her expertise, guidance, and marketing strategy, our home sold in just 9 days! She made the entire process smooth and stress-free, kept us informed every step of the way, and was always available to answer our questions and address any concerns. Selling a home can be overwhelming, but Tressa made us feel confident that we were in excellent hands. Her dedication, attention to detail, and understanding of the real estate market truly set her apart. If you’re looking for a real estate agent who delivers results, communicates exceptionally well, and truly cares about her clients, we highly recommend Tressa Ellis without hesitation! Thank you, Tressa, for making the sale of our home such a positive experience. We are so grateful for all your hard work and would absolutely work with you again! Five stars all the way!
