When we first met Stephanie, she took my brother and I through her history of becoming a real estate agent which gave us much confidence in her real estate knowledge, she had comps already printed for the area, she was confident in the worth of our mother’s home and suggested an initial asking price that we should list the home. Next, she guided us through the process of putting the home on the market and shared the marketing efforts of professional photos and drone coverage that would be used in the listing. There were documents that we could easily sign on-line through their updated technology at Keller Williams. Throughout it all, Stephanie communicated everything so clearly and efficiently.
