When we first met Stephanie, she took my brother and I through her history of becoming a real estate agent which gave us much confidence in her real estate knowledge, she had comps already printed for the area, she was confident in the worth of our mother’s home and suggested an initial asking price that we should list the home. Next, she guided us through the process of putting the home on the market and shared the marketing efforts of professional photos and drone coverage that would be used in the listing. There were documents that we could easily sign on-line through their updated technology at Keller Williams. Throughout it all, Stephanie communicated everything so clearly and efficiently. Additionally, Stephanie was so very sensitive to the loss of our mother and the reason for the sale of our childhood home. Little did we know that real estate agents could be one’s therapist too! Alexandria was very helpful in establishing a listing price that attracted buyers and led to a quick sale. She knew the market well enough we were able to get multiple offers within several days and at a level that seemed appropriate for the property. Once we were under contract we moved to closing within 30 days. We were well satisfied with the process. I have seen other houses lingering on the market recently indicating the pricing may not be appropriate for the property and current market conditions.
