Real estate teams in OH, 44714

These girls are phenomenal! They guided my husband and I through the selling process with ease. Their guidance in staging the house and pictures were top notch. And might I say, once our house went live on their site, in four, yes four!, hours our house was sold.

When unexpected questions arose they were handled promptly and properly.

The best of the best. Strong market knowledge. Friendly and professional. Strong work ethic. Gets the job done. Goes above and beyond. An asset to Cutler Real Estate. Highly recommended to anyone buying or selling. Would not hesitate to work with her again. Like I said perfection!

They put the buyer first before the sale and ensure satisfaction. They are extremely patient and helped us envision the qualities of the homes we looked at. Even if it meant looking at 11 in less than two weeks haha. Dean is knowledgeable on potential risks in terms of hazards in the homes we looked at, and Deb is very knowledgeable on the title agencies and on how FHA functions. Together they made a wonderful team to work with that I have and will recommend others to use in their home buying process.

Debra and Dean were so helpful! They were available quickly at all times whether it was for tours or even just a text. They made us feel comfortable with the whole process, were supportive, and they’re just overall amazing people! You can’t go wrong with these two on your team.

Peggy is very knowledgeable in this industry. She guided us thru the process and offered expertise direction in selling our home.

Julie is an amazing person, as a Realtor and as a new friend. She went way over the top in every way. She answered all our questions and her knowledge of the whole process was excellent. Hate to say it it but the potential buyers of our home were horrendous and Julie was always there to help us through. She found us help when we needed the services of other professionals. This is the third time we have used Julie as our realtor and highly recommend her if you are thinking of buying or selling. She truly is amazing.

Julie and Peggy did a wonderful job listing our home and giving us recommendations on pricing. We sold our home the first day it was listed for a full price offer. We are thrilled with Julie and Peggy. They have been professionals throughout and have always been very responsive to any questions we had. I highly recommend using the Johnston team.

The team was always available to help, including setting up camera's helping instruct us regarding repairs, issues with inspections, and actually helped us make some of the repairs. Communication was spot on through the entire process from listing to closing. Questions were answered within minutes not hours. Excellent experience! They will be our number 1 choice for a realtor.

Hope was so helpful, timely and insightful the entire time. Could not ask for a better realtor, top notch experience all around

Hope is everything you would want in a realtor: competent, knowledgeable, and an advocate. Her level of communication is excellent. She answered any questions we had and provided trustworthy counsel. Truly, we could not have asked for a better experience.
