We listed with Remax Trends Realty after our house sat on the market with another company for 6 months with no offers. As our first contract began to expire, they reached out to me. Initially I had mixed feelings about this and spoke it over with my wife. We decided to meet with a realtor from Trends to see what they had to offer. Angela showed up, giving us her presentation on things they could do differently. I did try to negotiate commission, which they didn't budge. That turned out to be ok, because Angela Sanderfer was a Rockstar! She brought with her a sense of professionalism, mirrored our urgency(we spent 6 months paying 2 mortgages because the house sat vacant), and was down to earth, realistic with our concerns. 3-4 times a week, she would conference call with my wife and I about everything going on and we always knew who was looking and their feedback. She bent over backwards to do what she could for us, which was great! End result, within two weeks of listing the house with Remax, we had multiple offers and buyers were in a bidding war!
