Scott was the biggest help and the best assistance with tough situations.

Scott was great with providing information, being understanding of circumstances and helpful with his vast knowledge! he has greatly appreciated during this time and I would recommend their services to anyone!

We loved working with Scott. He is very knowledgeable about the area. He patiently worked with us for a year to find the perfect home. In that time, he listened and understood exactly what we were looking for. He never pressured us to settle. We felt very comfortable with him. He was always quick to respond to questions or concerns and made the whole process go very smoothly. We would highly recommend him!

Kim and her team were always responsive. They answered any text or phone calls. They will work around the clock to give you nothing but the best. They were always working to get and give us the best deal during negotiations. They were very professional and had great market knowledge. I highly recommend them for any real estate needs.

I cannot even begin to describe the ways Kim went above and beyond for us but I will try. The first deal fell through on closing day. Kim jumped in, took charge and got us another buyer lined up immediately. She walked us through the process of getting out of the first contract, into another one and on to closing like this happens every day. FHA appraisals are certainly hard to get through and understand but again, Kim came in like the pro she is to offer suggestions and help to us. Even while on vacation, she helped with issues, next steps and timelines to keep my anxiety at bay - which is no easy feat. Kim is kind and friendly and firm when necessary. I’m sure there are other great realtors in the area but honestly, I cannot imagine one any better for us.

10/10 would recommend Kim to anyone for their real estate needs! She helps us immensely. From glitches in the process to just calming our nerves over the whole situation! We had already moved out of state when the whole process began, again there is no one better! Thx for your help!

I have known Greg since I was a child, and he has helped my mother through the process of multiple house purchases. So when it came to me buying a home it was a no brainer for who I would trust to walk me through this process! Greg is amazing, so kind and patient with all my requests. BEST. REALTOR. EVER!!

Jeff listened to what we needed from a new house. From there he shared potential houses with us, informed us about aspect of some properties we needed to understand and was always available to show me a house no matter how far away. I often bounced house options off Jeff to get his input, that input was always helpful. When we visited houses he quickly checked key things to confirm the house was viable for us to consider.

Romi was knowledgeable in the market conditions, was very proactive with her communication and an absolute pleasure to work with.

Pam was very responsive to the many questions we had, most of them answered almost immediately. She did a great job with the open house, even lending a few of her own items to display since the house was a cleaned-out estate home. She gave very good ideas for what to clean, etc and what to leave since we’re were selling the home as-is. Pam was generous with her advice about the pros and cons of each offer we received. Would definitely recommend her to anyone and will use her again if we ever decide to sell our own house.

Very fast at communicating and accommodating showings in this market! She is wonderful!
