Working with Amanda as our realtor has been amazing! She's come alongside us as a partner in our journey as first time homebuyers, understanding our specific desires and requests. We've looked at several houses over the past year and are very thankful with how effective she's been in communicating every detail of the process and flexible in scheduling showings for us. When we came across what is now our first home which had only been listed for a few hours, we contacted her and she was able to schedule the very first showing for the following day. We were thoroughly impressed and ready to act, and she guided us each step of the way. Pre-approvals, home inspections, mortgage applications, utility transfers, homeowners insurance, etc. can be daunting for first time homebuyers, but she gave us peace of mind in making sure we got everything done in the correct order and by preparing us for the next step. We never felt overwhelmed. She advocated for us when the sellers requested more information from each of the potential buyers, and we're confident her review made the difference in their decision to choose us! We are so grateful to have worked with Amanda!
