Joey Sabatino is an outstanding realtor and a great resource to all of us relocating to the area . His work ethic is unparalleled. He knows everyone and everything and immediately executes. Joey is also gentle and patient in his communication style. He is also however, relentless in pursuing the highest quality at the best price for his clients. Joey Sabatino went way above and beyond the duties of a Real Estate agent by acting as our liaison to the community of Warren Ohio. He found my husband and I a beautiful home as well as people to help us tune it up. Joey has excellent communication skills and is available 24 seven even when on vacation. My husband and I agree that he is the best realtor we ever worked with. Joey will work day night for you. He will Speak to you anytime of the day and night -even on vacation and counsel you and execute at a very high level as well as very efficiently. Go to Joey to buy a home. He is outstanding.

Always quick to answer messages and focused on doing whatever it takes to get you in the correct home. Worked with Malinda twice now and both times she has been awesome. Each time I was out of state for some of the buying/selling process and even with the time difference everything went smoothly. She even did a couple video calls so I could tour a home when I was out of state and couldn't attend in person.
Working with my realtor was an amazing experience from start to finish. She made the entire process of selling my home feel simple and stress-free. She was always available to answer questions, offer guidance, and make sure everything stayed on track. Her professionalism, knowledge, and dedication truly stood out. I’m so grateful for all the hard work she put in and couldn’t have asked for a better person to help me through this journey.
