During house hunting, she would even take her shoes off to check and see if basement floors were moist/wet and check functional items, such as plumbing with the know how experience. After having her look through over 8 homes for us during a 4 day window, and thanks to her prompt communication, we were able to seal the deal on our new place in record time.
