With my busy schedule, she made everything so easy and convenient, always working around my availability and keeping the process as stress-free as possible. She really listened to what I wanted and never tried to push me outside of my budget. She made sure I found a home that checked all the boxes and stayed within my price range. She handled every document carefully, explained everything along the way, and took care of all the communication with the sellers so I never had to worry.

I don't know if any sale is "easy" but Stephanie made life very easy for me and my wife. We didn't want to sell ourselves on any one house before we started looking, but our dream house was in our portal the very first time we logged in (with a price cut!!). Once we showed interest Stephanie got us in there ASAP. We were either the first or second people to see the house. We saw the house, made an offer, and had that offer accepted all in about 12 hours.
