Kathy is exactly what you want in a buying agent. She does her homework on the market and offers a great set of eyes to point out features of the property you may not think of. Whether those features are desireable or undesireable. She definitely helped me decide houses to pass on vs make an offer while respecting that it was my decision to make based on what *I* was looking for in a house, and she recalibrated HER expectations to fit my buying goals. 10/10, definitely plan on working with Kathy Dodge in the future!

My wife and I are extremely thankful for getting the opportunity to work with Amanda Edwards. She has helped us find and purchase our Home all the way from Arizona! During the entire process she was very knowledgeable, sweet, caring, hard working and was able to answer all of our questions. We are so happy to have found and worked with Amanda and will definitely recommend her to everyone.
