It was great working with Danielle. We were up against 20 other offers and with her knowledge and insight, we were able to land our dream home. She guided us in crafting the perfect offer that helped us beat out those other 20 offers. Danielle also responded immediately to any questions that we had or when we wanted to view a house. She has connections to some great lending companies as well. I cannot thank her enough for everything she helped us achieve and I would highly recommend her if you’re looking to buy your dream home as well.

Danielle was super responsive to all of our questions and was on top of every task at hand. She is so helpful and can translate real estate take into layman’s terms. She facilitated so much communication between us and the sellers, and did it happily. We are moving to a new city so she took the reins on a lot of things we couldn’t do while we weren’t in town. We are so grateful to have had Danielle’s help in our buying process! Thank you!!

Dani was absolutely outstanding from beginning to end. She’s an excellent communicator, knowledgeable, well prepared, and a great listener. She’s took the time to understand what I wanted to accomplish as a seller and executed a plan to perfection to meet my goals. She made some important suggestions in getting the property ready for listing which helped avoid closing delays and provided timely advice along the way. She not only understood the market but anticipated what would be important to prospective buyers and marketed the property in a way that generated more buyer interest than I ever expected. Most importantly, she always took the time to check in with me to provide updates. She was simply outstanding.
