I help people when Selling, Buying, Building, Investing and Relocating to another city or state. I am fortunate to be able to work with people and NOT pressure them into making a bad decision. I see some less experienced people in the industry letting buyers purchase the wrong properties and/or not pricing their seller's homes correctly just to make a quick sale.... I don't work that way. My career has sustained the ups and downs in the real estate market from building a client base that feels confident when referring me to their friends and family members, maybe that's why 80+% of my business comes from past clients. I think it is VERY important to have a sit down consultation with a few agents to find the best person to represent them when making a move. This is one of the biggest financial decisions one will make and it shouldn't be left to luck. Its interesting that when it comes time to make big decisions like choosing a Dr., lawyer, plastic surgeon, etc., people will go with those that have the best reputation and experience but when they go to buy or sell a house, they settle for less just because they may know a family member or friend that has a license.
