Tony is an example of what everyone wants in a realtor. His extensive experience and knowledge of not just the housing market, but the renovation and construction of homes, makes him a very valuable resource. What really sets him apart is how he applies his skills to your own case, and truly does the absolute best he can to help you make a good decision. He will never try to sell you a house that he knows has problems, and he’ll suggest things that could be fixed much more easily than they may seem. It’s plainly obvious that he puts his interests last, oftentimes to his detriment. I don’t even remember how many houses we looked at, but Tony somehow kept on, and did his best to find me a home. At the end of it all, I couldn’t be happier with the result. He walked me through all the fine details, made sure I knew what to do with my utilities and my payments, and generally just helped a first time home buyer figure it all out. I’m incredibly grateful to Tony for his work, and I look forward to the opportunity to work with him again.

We previously used two different area realtors, both top sellers in the companies they represented. (With no luck what so ever.) We decided to give Alex Carney and his associate a call even though they were out of our area. With their knowledge and expertise of the market, we soon had multiple showings and an offer from an out of state buyer that was transferring here from out west. Even in the middle of the Coronavirus pandemic we sold our home! Closing was a breeze. The title company came to out current home so we could sign all the paper work. She’s took the time to understand what I wanted to accomplish as a seller and executed a plan to perfection to meet my goals. She made some important suggestions in getting the property ready for listing which helped avoid closing delays and provided timely advice along the way. She not only understood the market but anticipated what would be important to prospective buyers and marketed the property in a way that generated more buyer interest than I ever expected. Most importantly, she always took the time to check in with me to provide updates. She was simply outstanding.

Danielle is smart, on the ball, and quick to respond to any questions that may arise. This is my 3rd time working with her (2 buying, 1 selling) and this went literally as smoothly as it could possibly go from the time we discussed the market and listing price, to negotiating with the seller, the home inspection, and ultimately the closing. Even long after the deal closed, she is quick to help out or assist with any questions that I have or offer advice when needed. Definitely would recommend using her as your buying or listing agent as she knows the local markets and gets things done quickly. 10/10 would recommend!
