Our experience with April was really excellent. We had to travel to numerous long distant areas. What I liked about our experience was no matter how far away it was, April showed up with a smile. She had alot of knowledge of the different communities around the Tampa Bay area. Every time I called April she picked up and answered my questions. I was always comfortable with the overall experience. I would recommend April and call her for any future real estate transactions.

Jayme pulled off a sale on our old house and new purchase house but there were CHALLENGES;By the grace of God we closed on the sale of our old home and the new home purchase within a day of each other. The definition of seamless is an understatement. Jayme is has a blue collar mentality, and what I mean by this is that he is a grinder. He wont stop until he succeeds. Zero realtors will ever out work Jayme. Side note, he has done multiple deals for us and including other family members. All have been successful.
