Working with Rita Legan at eXp Realty has been an absolute joy and wonderful experience. Thanks to her deep knowledge of the Ledgewood Community market, expert staging advice, professional photography, and strategic marketing skills , my house went under contract in just 8 days for $10,000 over asking price in a somewhat depressed buying market. Communication was phenomenal, and she patiently guided me through every single step of the process, keeping me off the ledge when I wanted to drop the price after only a few days on the market. As has been my experience with Rita from 7 previous purchases and sales of property, she went above and beyond all expectations each and every time (how is that even possible?!!) On the evening of Jan 17 I saw a house I liked on Realtor.com. Out of curiosity I contacted my long time realtor, Rita Legan to ask about it. On Feb 17, I closed on that same house, and I have not yet set a foot in it. After 6 other transactions with Rita at the helm I trust her that much.
