I had the unenviable task of selling a family member's home who had become too ill to do it themselves. I called George, who had previously sold my son's house years ago. George guided me through every step of the process. First, his appraisal was spot on. When it did hit the market, George kept me informed on everything. I, in turn, deferred to George for guidance on how to manage the offers that came in. He is much more knowledgeable about selling houses than I am. And he did not steer me wrong. The house was sold within 3 days. George sent me texts for every showing, comments from potential buyers, and answered my questions to my best interest. He kept me aware of each step in the process of selling. And, he answers his phone immediately! We were always in contact. I put my trust in George and it paid off. He's personable, knowledgeable, professional and savvy. I'm glad I called him to handle this heavy job for me. Now, that was easy!
