Communication was awesome and helpful for buying experience.

The first day Angel met with us she was fully prepared before we even sat down. She already had comparable listings and history from our neighborhood. She certainly did her homework! We were in the middle of a very quick move and needed help finding contractors to finish work at our house. Angel was so helpful in suggesting contractors, meeting them at the house and acting as a go between. She ensured work was done in a timely manner and the correct way. At one point I had several deliveries there and she shipped them to my new home for me. She really went above and beyond! She met my neighbors and they commented how thorough she was and personable as well. Selling and buying a house can be so stressful. Angel made the transaction as smooth as it could be. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Heights area. We are grateful for all her help, her knowledge and her hard work. Angel is honestly the best!!

Responsive, dependable, kind and honest, David is what all real estate agents should be! He stuck with me through soooo many showings and his advice during negotiations was wise and forthright. He is a family man first which is what makes him the quintessential agent. I wish I was buying more property just for the chance to work with him again.

Beyond excellent is the best way to describe working with Diane on the sale of our home. Her knowledge and patience is at the core of her passion when working with a client. Diane walked us through the process from the beginning to the very end. And she’s a pleasure and fun to be around! I can’t say enough about how Diane made this a very positive experience!

It was a pleasure to work with Katherine and we look forward to working with her in future transactions.

Mary was very knowledgeable and was supernal helpful throughout the entire process. From the first contact, she made it known that she cared about myself as the buyer and wanted the best for me. She was very helpful when I had questions, and always had a quick response. She is a wonderful real estate agent and a wonderful person.
