Junior high teacher, coach, wife, and mother of four, are all roles Linda filled before finding her passion in real estate in 2001. Starting in Iowa, she got her first glimpse into the RE/MAX model working with RE/MAX of Siouxland. A job transfer took the family to Cleveland, Ohio in 2005. Despite not knowing a single person, she hit the ground running, working first as an agent for a large regional company, Howard Hanna, then coaching and training for Keller Williams, and back to Howard Hanna where she ran a small, struggling office. Her mother is a consistent top-producing agent in Northeast Ohio, and Chelsea was blessed to have her as a mentor in her early days as a realtor. Wonderful experience, will definitely work with in the future.

Mary was very knowledgeable and was supernal helpful throughout the entire process. From the first contact, she made it known that she cared about myself as the buyer and wanted the best for me. She was very helpful when I had questions, and always had a quick response. She is a wonderful real estate agent and a wonderful person.

I'm an investor, I've been working with Jodie Frydl many times. OUTSTANDING SERVICE! She goes above and beyond, and always goes the extra mile to make sure the house is sold, knows how to negotiate, and gives peace of mind regarding selling the house, paperwork, etc. Can't recommend enough!

Jodie was great too work with!!

Jodie, Was amazing with the listing and selling of our home, she kept me very informed on any showings, Jodie was very knowledgeable and attentive in helping with the listing and sale of our home, Jodie made everything perfect for me. If I was selling another home I would use her that's just how much I loved working with her. I would definitely recommend her too anyone looking to sale or purchased a home.

Wonderful!

Mary was a wonderful advocate for my husband and I throughout the buying process. We moved states and were unable to visit many homes in person, and Mary was flexible and creative to help us. I appreciate her honesty and straightforwardness... She definitely has your best interests at heart and does not pressure you. We had some difficulties with closing (not through any fault of Mary's!), and she kept us updated, calm, and was involved throughout the whole process. Mary is a gem, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home!

The best realtor you will find in Ohio.

Jodie is literally the best realtor I have ever come across. With how competitive the market is, she goes above and beyond for her clients. Sacrificing her own personal life to go the extra mile to be there on a Saturday etc. Not only does she handle business like a professional, her business ethics and morals lineup too. I highly recommend Jodie.
