Honestly, I’ve worked with Jodie twice now in buying and selling condos. I will always contact her in buying and selling new properties. She has put up with all my questions, helped with the little details she doesn’t even need to put her time and energy into, and has always told me what areas I’d best off with in looking into. As a 26 year old female and knowing jack crap about real estate and the area, she’s always told me if she wouldn’t put her kids there I’m sure as heck not looking there. As first-time homebuyers, we were in need of a skilled, experienced, knowledgeable realtor. Jodie was all of that and more! When we began working with her, Jodie made sure to gain a thorough understanding of our wants and needs in a home. As we began viewing houses, Jodie thoroughly inspected each house with us and made it clear if a house was not worth our time to continue viewing. Her discerning eye helped us catch issues in houses that could cause serious problems down the line. When it came to making offers, Jodie would put in the best, most financially-responsible offer and explained every aspect of what she was including. Whenever an offer was not accepted, Jodie did not let us get discouraged, which felt easy to do at times in today’s crazy market. Instead, she consoled us and encouraged us to continue our hunt. Between the time that we had an offer accepted and closed on our home (about a month and half), Jodie kept in regular contact with us. She kept us updated with what was happening in regards to the closing process and always asked if there was anything we needed.
