Troy was great to work with from start to finish. He was always responsive, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured during the process. I was between jobs when I first started considering buying, and instead of pushing me toward a sale, he was completely understanding and waited until I was ready to start looking again. Once I was ready, Troy helped me put together a very competitive offer while still making sure I stayed within the price I was comfortable paying. I really appreciated that he gave me advice without ever pressuring me to bid more than I wanted to. He also did a very detailed walkthrough of the property with me, pointing out potential upgrades as well as possible drawbacks and things I should be aware of. I felt like I had a clear picture of what I was buying before making the final decision. Overall, Troy was knowledgeable, patient, professional, and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor.

Troy found a home for myself, then a home for my son, sold my fiancee's condo and my old house. Following Troy's advice of clean, repair, declutter, his expert staging, marketing and negotiation yielded results exceeding our best expectations. Troy is the consummate professional. Trust his advice and judgement and he will deliver most satisfactory results.

Troy has excellent market knowledge with wonderful suggestions for getting a place listed and honest opinions regarding all aspects of the process, from repairs and staging to negotiations and acceptance of offers. I am a repeat client; he facilitated the purchase of my place ten years ago, and sale of it this year. Highly recommend!
