I was between jobs when I first started considering buying, and instead of pushing me toward a sale, he was completely understanding and waited until I was ready to start looking again. Once I was ready, Troy helped me put together a very competitive offer while still making sure I stayed within the price I was comfortable paying. I really appreciated that he gave me advice without ever pressuring me to bid more than I wanted to. He also did a very detailed walkthrough of the property with me, pointing out potential upgrades as well as possible drawbacks and things I should be aware of.
