Daniela is everything a real estate agent should be. Honest. Sincere. Personable. And most of all Dedicated, & always Reachable. Daniela helped me sell my mothers home on Parma Park Boulevard in winter of 2014 to 2015. I am so thankful for all that she has done for my family and in such a respectful and honorable way. It’s always hard selling your family home of 50+ years. My mom was already in a facility and suffering with Alzheimer’s. Daniela did everything for me as mom‘s daughter, and the way mom would like to have it done. With her guidance we got it sold in a “very” very, timely fashion. We contacted Melissa to begin our search for a home around the end of July. She sent us addresses of available properties in the area we wanted. She helped answer our questions, arranged visits to these properties, and when we found the one we wanted, made the process very easy to send an offer, get inspections, and get to closing. She set aside time/days for us in case we needed to view more homes or to accompany us to an inspection. I felt I was in good hands, and we felt more like friends than just clients. We appreciate all she did for us and still allows us to contact her if we have questions.
