We were really impressed with David. He was practical, level-headed and did not bring any of the puffery/marketing nonsense we heard from the other realtors we interviewed. We felt he represented us very well and, unlike some past realtors we have worked with, we felt like he was truly on our side rather than trying to get a quick commission. We will be using him again.

Hi, We noticed a home on our street was up for sale last year and the place was a mob scene of showings. I took note of Anya's info thinking if I ever sell I am calling her! We interviewed 3 agents and seemed to be the most knowledgeable about driving buyers through social and conventional media. We hired her and she listed the house- the next three days produced 52 showings and on the 4th day 13 offers- we could not believe it but it was a constant flow of buyers for an entire weekend!! Anya analyzed all offers, put them on a spreadsheet for us to review and she wet through them carefully with us. We sold for 15% OVER listing cost.
