Paul was amazing to work with! He came prepared from the beginning and truly listened to my desired outcome. He was honest in preparing me for the reality of the market, and still did everything possible to deliver MORE! He was kind, professional and responsive, keeping me updated every step of the way. It was such an easy and seamless transaction. Truly one of the hardest working professionals in real estate!

Working with Jayne was an amazing experience from start to finish. She always had my best interest in mind from start to finish. She was quick to answer questions and kept me informed every step of the way and truly went above and beyond. There truly aren’t enough words to express how grateful I am for everything Jayne did for me throughout this journey. I would highly recommend Jayne Gerren to anyone looking to buy/sell a home. Thank you for making this such a positive experience!

The first day Angel met with us she was fully prepared before we even sat down. She already had comparable listings and history from our neighborhood. She certainly did her homework! We were in the middle of a very quick move and needed help finding contractors to finish work at our house. Angel was so helpful in suggesting contractors, meeting them at the house and acting as a go between. She ensured work was done in a timely manner and the correct way. At one point I had several deliveries there and she shipped them to my new home for me. She really went above and beyond! She met my neighbors and they commented how thorough she was and personable as well. Selling and buying a house can be so stressful. Angel made the transaction as smooth as it could be. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Heights area. We are grateful for all her help, her knowledge and her hard work. Angel is honestly the best!!

This is the second property Kim has sold for me in the last year. She has excellent communication skills- always keeping me informed right away of updates on the transaction and guiding me through the process. She is very educated and knowledgeable about the real estate market, which makes her a great negotiator and advisor. I would recommend Kim to any family or friend looking for a real estate agent!

Mary was very knowledgeable and was supernal helpful throughout the entire process. From the first contact, she made it known that she cared about myself as the buyer and wanted the best for me. She was very helpful when I had questions, and always had a quick response. She is a wonderful real estate agent and a wonderful person.
