Andrea is a fabulous agent. This was my first experience buying a home, and I had alot of anxiety and lack of knowledge about the process. She was able to guide me step by step through the process easily. Her knowledge and support were extremely helpful. Tony is an example of what everyone wants in a realtor. His extensive experience and knowledge of not just the housing market, but the renovation and construction of homes, makes him a very valuable resource. What really sets him apart is how he applies his skills to your own case, and truly does the absolute best he can to help you make a good decision. He will never try to sell you a house that he knows has problems, and he’ll suggest things that could be fixed much more easily than they may seem. It’s plainly obvious that he puts his interests last, oftentimes to his detriment. I don’t even remember how many houses we looked at, but Tony somehow kept on, and did his best to find me a home. At the end of it all, I couldn’t be happier with the result. He walked me through all the fine details, made sure I knew what to do with my utilities and my payments, and generally just helped a first time home buyer figure it all out. I’m incredibly grateful to Tony for his work, and I look forward to the opportunity to work with him again.

I can't say enough nice things about working with Michael. We were able to find a home that was in our price range and perfect for us. Mr. Atkinson made himself available when it was convenient for my wife and I - and he learned our preferences/what we were looking for immediately (The man has a sixth sense about these things)! About a month after moving into our home Michael came through for us in a big way in helping with an escrow issue. He really went above and beyond in this instance and resolved the issue quickly - something that I'm not convinced a different realtor would have done. With the personal attention, availability, and work ethic that Michael beings to the table, I feel very strongly about recommending him to anyone looking for a home!
