The sale of my home came with some issues and she handled everything for me and was reassuring thru every step of the process! This is the third time we have worked with Dan, and will continue to choose him whenever possible. This sale started with another agent, who was more local to the area we were selling in. However, after nearly 8 months on the market and 4 failed contracts. We asked Dan to step in to try and sell the property, within 2 months we we in contract and just closed.
