Excellent Agent to work with, tailors the experience to your needs

This is the third time we have worked with Dan, and will continue to choose him whenever possible. This sale started with another agent, who was more local to the area we were selling in. However, after nearly 8 months on the market and 4 failed contracts. We asked Dan to step in to try and sell the property, within 2 months we we in contract and just closed. Having someone like Dan, communicating with the buyers, and their agent really does help move things along, I can't express how great of an experience it was working with Dan.
