First time looking and buying and April was wonderful! She was always available when I had questions or concerns. Was able to get me in to see all the houses I wanted to see and super quickly!

Our experience with April was really excellent. We had to travel to numerous long distant areas. What I liked about our experience was no matter how far away it was, April showed up with a smile. She had alot of knowledge of the different communities around the Tampa Bay area. Every time I called April she picked up and answered my questions. I was always comfortable with the overall experience. I would recommend April and call her for any future real estate transactions.

John did a great job through the whole purchase process. From helping to guide me on making an offer based on the market, the area, and the features through closing, John was accessible every step of the way. More importantly he was always available to answer my questions (and there were many). If I didn't get a hold of him on the first try he always returned my call quickly - always the same day. I can't recommend his knowledge and experience enough for anyone looking for a realtor to help them through the home buying process!

Ralph was very helpful in reviewing the purchase agreement and in making suggestions for addendum. He was accessible and responsive. He was very open to answering any questions and consulting us accordingly.
