Kyle has been great to work with in both the purchase of our home and in the sale of it a few years later. He was attentive to how we wanted it presented. We discussed the sale price and the pros and cons of the amount. He had intelligent points to offer but left the final decision up to us. He made sure that the pictures he took of the house reflected what we wanted people to see in particular. He also worked with us as far as scheduling viewings and putting signs in the yard. If we were in need of an agent in the Coshocton County area in the future, we would reach out to Kyle first.

She was willing to show us houses almost anytime of day that we were available. She allowed us time to be thorough when viewing houses as well as add to our thoughts. Overall the communication was great and we would highly recommend using Alyssa to others. There were other agents that weren’t very willing to help us as a young couple but Alyssa was super helpful and easy going throughout the process. 5/5
