I liked how Stacy quickly helped us establish a fair market value to list our house and then kept me informed at each step of the way in the process of showing, selling, and closing. Jay was a nice guy but I would not use him again. Some key points were suggested on the listing and were not included. My biggest concern was at the time of the sale. He allowed the buyer to gain access and occupy the house before the closing was done (almost two weeks before closing). When expressing my concerns to him he never took any responsibility at all even though he controlled the keys to our house and allowed this to happen. He even hung up on me during this discussion.
