Our property was built in 1928. Even though my parents did a very good job keeping up with situations that arose, eventually age and health issues made it hard to maintain their home as they would have preferred. Lori evaluated their home and property. She did her due diligence with comps in the area and was able to establish an accurate value for their home. In addition, she recommended resources that had performed for her in the past to address the needed repairs to satisfy the eventual buyers. During those needed repairs she kept me updated not allowing any doubts or questions to cause me any stress. I highly recommend Lori Frank. She got this business done!
