Jeannie deserves unlimited stars. My wife and I are first time home buyers and we knew NOTHING about the process or what it entailed. I wasn't ready at all and made several mistakes along the way. Jeannie not only guided us with care and grace but even had the patience of a true saint to have to deal with our ignorance and indecisiveness as well as a bit of a difficult situation come closing. At no point in the process did we feel pressured or persuaded into deciding one way or the other and anything we decided, she backed 110%.
