Jeannie deserves unlimited stars. My wife and I are first time home buyers and we knew NOTHING about the process or what it entailed. I wasn't ready at all and made several mistakes along the way. Jeannie not only guided us with care and grace but even had the patience of a true saint to have to deal with our ignorance and indecisiveness as well as a bit of a difficult situation come closing. At no point in the process did we feel pressured or persuaded into deciding one way or the other and anything we decided, she backed 110%. Words cannot describe how truly thankful we are for her fantastic service, caring personality, professionalism and I ,to the umpteenth degree, reccomend anyone who is in the area and looking for a home, to partner with her. I can think of no better word than "exemplary" to describe the service I received from Jeannie Medlin. Some background... My brother passed away in Ohio. I needed to sell the house. I live in California. I did not have any knowledge of the real estate market in the local Ohio area. Researched online and found that ReMax handled a good number of real estate transactions there. Contacted ReMax. They referred me to Jeannie. From day one, Jeannie guided me through the process, providing multiple updates via telephone, text, and email. She visited the property several times, keeping me informed of its condition. When some plumbing issues came up, she took it upon herself to contact local plumbers who quickly resolved the issues. Jeannie sent me before/after photos, keeping me informed of the progress of the work that needed to be done. In a very short time after listing, we received multiple offers, resulting in a cash sale over the asking price. I couldn't be happier that I found Jeannie. She made what I thought would be a lengthy, complicated process easy. I highly recommend her. She is someone you can trust to get the job done, and a real pleasure to work with.
