Jeannie was extremely helpful in selling our home. Prior to meeting with Jeannie, we had spoken with 3 other agents. We met with her on a Saturday afternoon, and it was very obvious she was the one to go with. She was very familiar with our area, and very confident/knowledgeable in the value and starting price for our home. She had some previous inquiries for a home in our area, and showed our house the VERY NEXT DAY! By Wednesday, 4 days later, we had negotiated and accepted an offer. She doesn’t mess around! We were extremely pleased with her professionalism, guidance and communication throughout the whole selling process.
