It took us a year almost to find the right house. Heidi kept looking using our parameters which expanded as we learned what was available. I would say she grew as a sales person and we grew as clients learning many different things about the market and how to view each new listing. There are so many things other than finding a house that go into the journey.

Nick did an incredible job helping us sell our house and purchasing our dream home. Dakota has been absolutely outstanding during this whole deal. For health reasons my husband could not go with me to the houses, so I was on my own. While I was just looking at the room sizes and layout, Dakota would check the more important things like the furnace, a/c, water heater, pipes, breakers, etc. He would point out the good and bad. I really learned a lot from him about houses. My husband and I have been in our house for 36 years, so it's hard for us to move. But Dakota has made this extremely good for us. He is outstanding! I am looking forward to working with him on selling our place next.
