Dakota has been absolutely outstanding during this whole deal. For health reasons my husband could not go with me to the houses, so I was on my own. While I was just looking at the room sizes and layout, Dakota would check the more important things like the furnace, a/c, water heater, pipes, breakers, etc. He would point out the good and bad. I really learned a lot from him about houses. My husband and I have been in our house for 36 years, so it's hard for us to move. But Dakota has made this extremely good for us. He is outstanding!
