Dakota went the extra mile for us in helping us find a small farm property in Michigan. He showed us 11 homes all over the state over two weekends and we landed on the perfect place. He truly went above and beyond, as he was willing to drive for several hours to help us find what we were looking for. In the negotiation process, he kept us updated every step of the way and represented us very well. Dakota did a really great job selling our condo. He had several open houses and stayed on top of everything. It only took a month which is good for a condo and the location. When the offer came in he took his time to sit with us to go over our options. Dakota is very patient and understanding. He found us a great little house and did a good job in selling our condo. Dakota has been absolutely outstanding during this whole deal. For health reasons my husband could not go with me to the houses, so I was on my own. While I was just looking at the room sizes and layout, Dakota would check the more important things like the furnace, a/c, water heater, pipes, breakers, etc. He would point out the good and bad. I really learned a lot from him about houses. My husband and I have been in our house for 36 years, so it's hard for us to move. But Dakota has made this extremely good for us. He is outstanding!
