Cheryl reviewed quite a few properties before we found this one, but her work didn’t stop there. There were issues with the property uncovered during inspections and she went above and beyond to ensure the deal went through. Her knowledge and experience of the Toledo area are fantastic. She is a joy to work with.

If you are looking for someone that is detail oriented, has great communication, friendly, kind hearted, and easy to work with you have found the best realtor in Niki Griffin. Her communication was top notch when it came to getting paperwork signed, showings, helping schedule inspections, etc. Her kind natured spirit yet professional demeanor when getting through the process was what I would expect from a salesperson. Really nothing more to say other than, if your looking for a pleasurable experience I highly recommend Niki. We were blessed to have found her and will continue to promote her services.

Karena is awesome. She always had time to show us whatever houses we wanted. Is very good at communicating and returning calls/messages. She is on top of everything! Even got us a better home warranty after confusion with the listing! Highly recommend.
