We didn't even "shop around" for a realtor. We had one that we didn't care for, even though he came highly recommended. We wanted to see a few houses and filled out the info on Zillow. I really can't say enough positive things about Terry. I would never use or recommend any other agent. I was supposed to be on complete bed rest during this time period but Terry made everything so incredibly easy that I hardly even noticed what was required of me. I never in my wildest dreams imagined that it could be so simple and quick to find a property that was my dream home. Terry will always be an incomparable addition to any brokerage he is employed by.
