We didn't even "shop around" for a realtor. We had one that we didn't care for, even though he came highly recommended. We wanted to see a few houses and filled out the info on Zillow. We were gifted Tom. He has knowledge and experience. He wasn't irritated that we were looking for a relatively inexpensive house for our son. He was with us during the entire process. Hopefully he will still be active when the time comes to sell our current home!
As a first time home buyer, I can truly say he made my experience a wonderful one. So understanding loving kind, and was always there to help when I needed him. Finding your first home can be very stressful, but Tom made the experience fun. Again I would recommend him 100%!
