Chad went above and beyond helping us sell our home. He was there helping us identify things to fix (and in one instance helped us do it). He setup a great photographer. He did all the little things that helped us get in contract above asking price the day after we listed it. And he helped us all the way through to closing. We had to be out and didn’t have time to clean so Chad had cleaners come in and do the job. In addition to being a great realtor, he’s a great person and we could tell that he really cared about helping our family. He earned every penny of his commission. I can’t recommend Chad enough.

She has her finger on the pulse of Columbus real estate market, so much so that she was able to advise me to raise my pre-list price after updates were completed on my house. Heather knew exactly how to market my house and her staging was impeccable. We received an offer shortly after the open house, which Heather was instrumental in getting us to the closing. Heather never lost her cool or composure, even after we had a water line break days before the closing. She worked tirelessly to remain in communication with both us and the buyers, assuring all would be completed on schedule.
